Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Refunds will not be provided.

Punctuality

Participants are expected to arrive on time. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to get settled and prepare for the activity.

Late Arrivals

In case of late arrival, the activity will not be extended. Participation may be subject to the facilitator’s discretion, especially for activities that require preparation or a group opening.

Cancellations by the Facilitator

If an activity is canceled by House of Shakti or the facilitator, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Reservations

A reservation is confirmed once the corresponding payment has been completed.
